Whether you’re an old hand at editing or just getting started, there’s always something new to learn when you’re editing video. Join us (and millions of editors like you) for a deep dive into tips and tricks for getting the most out of KineMaster!
The fastest way to caption audio is to use the Auto Captions tool! Tap the AI button in the center of the Media Wheel. Then, tap Auto Captions. This will create editable text layers timed to the speech in the track. You can use all of KineMaster’s text styling tools to fine-tune your captions for eye-catching text, or try the Text Presets tool for some instant, great-looking styles.
KineMaster supports both 4K editing and saving at 60 frames per second. 4K video edited with KineMaster looks amazing anywhere you watch it! However, not every device has a processor powerful enough to do that. Find out if your Android phone or tablet is able to edit in 4K by tapping the Settings button at the top of the Create screen. Then, tap Device Performance.
Video templates are a great way to get a fast start on your next video, or just to browse for some inspiration. Find a template you like from the categories on the Home screen like Trending or Recommended. Then, tap the Mix button to download them. It’s easy to make them uniquely yours with the Replace tool and a little creative vision.
KineMaster's Keyframe Graphs lets you adjust how fast the motion between Keyframes goes. Move the Playhead between two Keyframes, then tap the Keyframe Graph button on the left side of the Project Editing screen. Choose from different preset Graphs or create your own custom Graph. Then, watch the playback preview to see how your animation is changed with Keyframe Graphs.
Yes! All of KineMaster’s songs, music, and sound effects are royalty-free. You can use them for both personal and commercial videos (including monetized videos onYouTube). You can check out the songs and sound effects available on the KineMaster Asset Store by tapping the Asset Store button at the top of the Home screen or on the Project Editing screen to the bottom left of the Media Wheel. Then tap the asset category you want to browse.
KineMaster lets you back up and collaborate on video projects with KineCloud, cloud storage that keeps your project safe and lets you continue working on them across devices. Just log in to your KineMaster account on the Me screen to see your KineCloud projects.
The Speed Control tool lets you speed up or slow down your video clips. This comes in especially handy when you are trying to match videos to the beat of a song. Get started by selecting a video clip on the timeline, then tap the Speed Control tool in the Tool Panel that pops up. Use the speed dial to increase or decrease how long it takes for your video clip to play.
Both KineMaster's Magic Remover tool and Chroma Key make it easy to remove backgrounds from images or videos. Magic Remover is a one-tap solution for media that has people in it. For media that you shot using a green screen (or other flat-colored backdrops) use the Chroma Key tool.
Download various text animations from the Asset Store. Select a text layer and apply preset options to add stylish subtitle effects.
If the app is slow or errors occur, we recommend freeing up storage space or updating to the latest version. If you continue to experience problems, please ask for help at [KineMaster > Create > Question Mark at the top > Email Inquiry].
